Abstract

With the development of modern society, more and more Chinese students choose to go abroad to get further education because they have more opportunities than before. But the people who return to China are very limited. Some of them consider about the better living environment and more advanced job employment. Some people think they should go back to China since they should make contribution to their homeland, but others think everybody should have his/her own ambition. Chinese government try to save its oversea talents and multinational companies also want the “Sea Turtle” to take up high positions. “Should I go back to China?” the question we should consider now.
